Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling seeks an experienced Material Handling Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations at the Dyersburg facility. You will supervise material handlers, manage receiving, storage, and delivery, and ensure on-time material flow to production.

You will use Syteline CSI for inventory transactions, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities and guide material handlers.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, and delivery to support production.
• Maintain inventory transactions and traceability in Syteline CSI.
• Support cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Track warehouse performance metrics and safety compliance.
• Train team members on standard work and equipment operation.
