Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a Material Handling Lead for our Dyersburg, TN facility. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, support inventory accuracy, and ensure materials reach production on time while guiding a team of material handlers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing or manufacturing, forklift/crane operation experience, and ERP proficiency (Syteline CSI). A Lean/5S mindset and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment across warehouse activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction to material handlers on priorities.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, and delivery to production.
• Use Syteline CSI ERP to process inventory transactions and traceability.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Train and onboard team members on standard work and safety procedures.
• Support operation of forklifts, overhead cranes, scissor lifts, and related equipment.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
