Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, Delaware is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to maintain stock accuracy and assist in logistics. This full on-site role requires work over the weekend from Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM. Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label every product and place it accordingly in stock.
• Maintain and update account of stock and inventory.
• Complete documentation on all returns.
• Perform and report cycle counts.
• Execute accurate Oracle transactions for all inbound/outbound materials.
• Assist in the development of logistics procedures to create the most efficient processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures, including standard job instructions and required PPE.
• Maintain and implement general housekeeping/5S in warehouse and yard areas.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalency diploma.
• 2‑4 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience and certification in forklift operation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred experience with Oracle.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic hand‑tool experience.
• Knowledge of operating warehouse and material handling equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish effective cross‑functional working relationships.
• Ability to work onsite Friday–Sunday 6:00AM–6:00PM, including occasional overtime as business requires.
• Must be able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and tolerate environmental exposure for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. at a time.
• Must have manual dexterity to assemble products as directed.
• Must have excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Schedule & Work Conditions

Full on‑site, in‑office role working the weekend shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6AM–6PM). Flex hours and occasional overtime are required as the business requires.

Compensation

Salary range: $18.73 – $26.95 per hour. Total compensation includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
