We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day‑shift operations from 8 AM to 8 PM, Thursday through Sunday, including alternating Wednesdays. This fully on‑site role is based in Fremont, CA, and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of leads and members, fostering a culture of personal responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Manage team hiring, development plans, work schedules, time off, and department allocations.
- Develop and maintain peer relationships to achieve operational objectives and customer expectations.
- Interact with management and employees on shipment and delivery matters for Bloom Energy warehouses and facilities.
- Ensure effective warehouse processes and operations; establish, implement, and maintain necessary processes.
- Perform regular performance reporting on inventory, including cycle count and inventory accuracy for Bloom Energy warehouses and 3PL locations.
- Maintain daily warehouse transactions for receipt, shipment, transfer, and kitting of goods/materials.
- Coordinate internal logistics activities to ensure timely and complete delivery and receipt of materials.
- Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices.
- Initiate and facilitate problem‑solving groups to resolve issues and meet current and future company needs.
- Create and maintain programs such as training, safety, workgroup boards, and continuous improvement projects using tools like A3, 8‑Step, and R.A.I.L.
- Develop and implement 5S and housekeeping programs.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work any shift or area of the plant based on company needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with warehouse inventory management systems, with Oracle strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Valid Delaware driver license.
- Strong self‑starter, team player, with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Forklift operation skills; forklift certification a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and be on feet for long periods.
- Willingness to travel to/from local facilities daily.
- Requires repetitive keyboard motion for daily receiving/shipping transactions.

Salary
Salary range: $87,800.00 – $126,200.00.
