Job summary

Bloom Energy in Fremont, CA is seeking a Materials Handler for a fully on-site, day shift role reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will receive, store, and ship materials; track inventory; support daily production lines; and operate forklifts and handling equipment.

The position requires 1–2 years in warehouse or production, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills (Oracle and scanners), and forklift certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Oracle and scanners.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred and frequently required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Shipping: Unload deliveries, verify against PO's, and prepare outgoing products.
• Inventory Control: Track locations and perform cycle counts or physical inventory checks.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull and package materials for production lines or customer orders.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety regs, perform pre-use inspections, keep a clean warehouse.

We are looking for a Materials Handler to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site role working day shift hours.

Role and Responsibilities

• Receiving & Shipping: Unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and prepare outgoing products for secure transport.
• Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, record product locations, and participate in regular cycle counts or physical inventory checks to resolve discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull and package materials to support daily production lines or fulfill customer orders.
• Equipment Operation: Safely utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, conduct pre-use equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform heavy lifting (typically up to 50 lbs.).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Oracle and scanners.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred and frequently required.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
