Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Warehouse Materials Associate in Shakopee, MN to stock, kit, and pick materials for Fulfillment operations. You will follow written work instructions, maintain accurate inventory in the system, and support procedural improvements to boost efficiency and safety.

The role requires high school education and experience in material management or inventory control. You will work with RF scanners, printers, and Excel, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity in

Qualifications

• Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOPs, etc.
• Pull correct material for orders and record inventory in the system
• Assist procedural improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and morale
• Understand picking process including paperwork, RF scanners, printers
• Follow FIFO (First In/First Out)
• Replenish items to maintain inventory
• Enter information into Microsoft Excel
• Interpret and input data into data systems
• Create new storage locations
• Manage VMI process
• Troubleshoot alternative solutions using appropriate tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written work instructions and SOPs
• Pull and inventory materials accurately in the system
• Assist in developing procedural improvements for efficiency and safety
• Understand picking process including paperwork and RF scanners/printers
• Follow FIFO for inventory control
• Replenish inventory to maintain stock levels
• Enter data into Excel and other data systems
• Create new storage locations in the warehouse
• Process scrap and inbound receipts
• Manage VMI processes
• Troubleshoot problematic orders and tickets
