Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to join our team in Shakopee, MN. This role handles receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing materials, ensuring accurate location and timely delivery of stock to departments while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm. Candidates should be able to operate forklifts, maintain inventory records, and respond to internal inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse, fulfillment or receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check all incoming jobs to ensure information and materials are available.
• Label and package product per Imagine specifications.
• Receive and locate product physically and electronically.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in all transactions.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Receive, unload, and sort product from vehicles and vessels.
• Read shipping documents and verify quantity and quality of items received.
• Process damaged goods, customer returns, and credits to invoices.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and operate warehouse equipment.
• Pack orders for shipment and verify accuracy of work orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform multiple functions including inbound processing, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
