Job summary

Wabash is seeking Material Handlers/Forklift Drivers to operate heavy equipment and manage parts, materials, tools, and supplies across production sites. You will support safety, quality, and delivery goals on the shop floor with comprehensive training provided.

No prior experience is required; orientation and several days of training prepare you for the production environment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with match; and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen is required.
• PIV (power industrial vehicle) training is required.
• Basic reading, writing, math and verbal skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and help improve safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Keep materials organized and stocked.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Maintain and report daily receiving and shipping activities.
• Wear approved PPE and follow safety policies.
