Job summary

Cleaveland/Price is seeking a motivated Material Handler to support our Trafford, PA manufacturing site by receiving, inspecting and moving materials to production. You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely material flow to meet schedules.

Candidates should have attention to detail, safety focus, and the ability to work with production teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries against quality and quantity standards.
• Unloads freight with forklifts, cranes, and moves materials to production areas.
• Stores parts, pulls materials for work orders and kits.
• Operates 4-D/sidewinder forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and completes cycle counts.
• Collaborates with production to ensure timely material flow.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries, ensuring materials meet quality and quantity standards.
• Unloads freight using forklifts, cranes, and other equipment; moves materials between loading docks, trucks, storage areas, and production zones.
• Stores parts in designated locations and accurately pulls materials to fulfill work orders and job kits.
• Operates 4-D/sidewinder forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory movement, stock counts, and order fulfillment in inventory systems.
• Stages, sorts, and prepares materials for internal use.
• Collaborates with production teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow to meet manufacturing needs.
• Adheres to all OSHA and ISO safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
