Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Materials Handler to ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately to support production and customer orders. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, safety, and smooth operational flow as we scale.

You will assist in shipping/receiving, perform daily cycle counts, pull parts via ERP, and package items for shipping. The job requires forklift experience, data entry skills, and strong organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse associate/shipping position, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
• Minimum 1 year experience driving a forklift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good data entry, math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow-through on assignments.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects to completion with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and receiving of truck loads and match purchase orders.
• File requests for materials and stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Ensure warehouse is safe and accessible.
• Pull parts for production and customer orders using ERP.
• Package orders to prevent shipping damage.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies.
• Label, wrap, and strap items for shipping.
• Organize and label items within the warehouse.
• Clean work area and remove trash daily.
