Job summary

Cleaveland/Price is seeking a Material Handler to manage material flow on the shop floor in Trafford, PA. You’ll receive, move, store, and issue materials, using forklifts and cranes as needed to support production schedules.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing needs while following OSHA and ISO safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment with emphasis on safety.
• Familiarity with inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for production support.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries for quality and quantity.
• Unloads freight using forklifts and moves materials between docks and production zones.
• Stores parts and pulls materials to fulfill work orders and kits.
• Operates forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains accurate inventory movement records and supports cycle counts.
• Collaborates with production teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Adheres to OSHA and ISO safety standards; keeps work area clean.
