Job summary

Reliance, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to support metals processing and distribution within the Plant family. You will handle specialized equipment, move inventory, pull orders, load trucks, and keep the work area orderly and compliant with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have up to 5 years’ experience, a high school diploma or GED, and clear communication. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required at some sites.

Qualifications

• Clear oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Basic measurement skills for length, width, height, and weight.
• Proven manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and equipment, fill customer orders, and pull material from racks.
• Unload incoming material and load trucks or customer vehicles.
• Operate forklift or crane to move material between areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Tag material and complete required documentation.
• Spot-check inventory and report irregularities to supervisor.
