Job summary

Lynden Door in Lynden, WA is seeking a Materials Grader to inspect, repair and prepare door skins to meet high quality standards. The role focuses on grading materials, labeling profiles and maintaining a clean workstation.

This swing shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:45pm to 12:30am with overtime as needed. Base pay starts at $21.42 per hour with a $1.75 shift premium, plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS::

• Wage: $23.17 per hour starting (Base pay $21.42 Plus a shift premium of $1.75)
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half

• 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment
