Job summary

Lynden Door, a family-owned interior wood door manufacturer in Lynden, WA, seeks team members skilled in woodworking, finish carpentry, cabinet making, millwork, and door/window fabrication. The role requires reading a tape measure to 1/16", safe tool use, mechanical aptitude, and reliability for a physically demanding shift.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00/7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as needed; compensation ranges from $23.75 to $26.00 per hour, plus swing shift premium and benefits

Qualifications

• Woodworking, finish carpentry, cabinet making or cabinetry, millwork, and door/window manufacturing.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.

We're Looking For Team Members Who Have

In Return, We'll Offer You

• Wage: $23.75 - $26.00 (based on experience) Includes a 1.75 swing shift premium. Performance based wage review after 3 months.
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid at time and a half
