• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of supply chain, manufacturing or logistics experience
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of supply chain experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team with responsibility for planning & scheduling, fulfillment, inventory & logistics
• Manage master planning, material processes and systems; prepare/update production schedules and purchasing needs
• Oversee the S&OP process for the site; evaluate schedule changes and capacity
• Implement FLIGHT DECK concepts within Materials to improve rate/pull/flow, lead time, and inventory
• Influence development of strategy and policy; guide others to consider different viewpoints
