Job summary

CEC Controls Company is seeking a Material Handling Specialist for an on-site position focused on efficient material movement within the warehouse. You will work with the Supply Chain team to pick parts, stage materials, receive and ship items, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

The role involves occasional forklift operation, manual handling, and potential local deliveries. A strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent organization, and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• Previous in-person warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred.
• Strong ERP system proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials for production and shipments.
• Receive inbound shipments and process outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock.
• Stage and move materials to appropriate locations; operate forklift if required.
• Support local deliveries and pickups as needed.
