Job summary

RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Spider to ensure continuous flow of materials in Winona, MN. The role focuses on replenishment, staging, and supporting production with timely movements of parts and supplies.

You will collaborate with Supervisors and Assemblers to anticipate shortages, manage materials, and help maintain a safe manufacturing environment. This position is full-time and on-site at Winona facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn to read and interpret work orders, production schedules and instructions.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations and quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools and materials.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials, parts and assemblies from warehouse, VMI and staging areas.
• Prepare and stage materials for orders according to requirements.
• Stock and maintain cell inventory, materials, tools and paperwork.
• Replenish inflow and manage outflow of materials and dunnage as needed.
• Assist in production startups, shutdowns and changeovers.
• Coordinate with shift Supervisors, cell coordinators and assemblers to communicate needs.
