Job summary

Silvus Technologies, now part of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Production Material Handler-I to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of components at the West Los Angeles HQ. You will manage material movement, tracking, and clerical processing between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping, following strict ESD and safety procedures.

The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 4:30am–12:30pm, with responsibilities spanning inventory accuracy, material reallocations, and ERP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components or related parts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with good judgment and follow-through.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily material delivery and pickup between Stockroom, Production, Quality, and Shipping.
• Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on changes or schedule shifts.
• Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with Supply Chain and Shipping teams.
• Support Production by moving electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between areas.
• Ensure materials are issued, tracked, and documented with accuracy in the system.
• Maintain records of material movements and transactions in the ERP system.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and month-end/year-end inventories.
• Adhere to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage.
