Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Production Material Handler-I to support material flow between Stockroom, Production, Quality and Shipping. This on-site role, located in West Los Angeles, requires managing movement, tracking and clerical handling of materials to ensure timely delivery of components.

Responsibilities include materials staging, ERP updates, cycle counts, and adherence to ESD protocols. Strong teamwork, communication and reliability are essential; background checks and drug testing are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preference for electronic components, PCB assemblies, and accessories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with initiative, judgment and follow-through.
• Experience with Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude.
• U.S. Person required due to federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup materials between Stockroom, Production, Quality, and Shipping.
• Reallocate materials in ERP based on cancellations, changes, or shipping shifts.
• Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders with cross-functional teams.
• Move electronic materials, bins and ESD bags between suites and stations.
• Ensure proper issuing, tracking and documentation of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements in the system.
• Support inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end inventories.
• Adhere to ESD and material handling protocols.
• Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as representative.
