Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. seeks a Materials Coordinator for our on-site Lebanon, NH manufacturing facility. You will manage material replenishment programs, expedite shortages, and ensure proper routing and records of material flow to support production.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, knowledge of BOM structures and MRP, and strong communication skills. You will perform cycle counts, material transfers, and support ECO changes with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review material positions at Kan/Ban replenishment points.
• Deliver material daily based on Kan/Ban locations.
• Move finished goods between cells and stock locations.
• Perform transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Expedite material shortages with Purchasing to support production.
• Assist ECO changes and build-in strategies for changes.
