FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, seeks a Senior Production Planner to independently develop and manage finished goods and material plans across multiple lines. You will integrate demand, forecasts, inventory, and material availability to optimize production schedules and support manufacturing execution.

This is a 100% on-site role. You will collaborate with Operations, Shop Floor Control, Logistics, and global stakeholders to resolve planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in production planning or related supply-chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, scheduling, material planning, and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve constraints.
• Experience managing multiple production priorities.
• Ability to interpret forecasts and translate into plans.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Ops, Logistics, CS, Purchasing.

Responsabilités

• Develop, publish, and maintain monthly production schedules across product lines.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize detailed production plans.
• Adjust schedules to align with manufacturing constraints.
• Collect forecast data, POs, and customer requirements for master schedule.
• Manage raw material planning and place purchase orders.
• Analyze inventory and address shortages or excess.
• Monitor schedules and report delays to stakeholders.
• Maintain MRP data and material master records.
• Use ERP/MRP to improve planning activities.
• Coordinate with Logistics for timely delivery and cost considerations.
• Disposition discrepant materials.
• Support import/export, orders, inquiries, invoicing, and freight coordination.
