Job summary

Relyans Max Group in Michigan seeks a Material Handler to oversee material flow, stocking, and packaging support on the production floor. You will ensure parts availability, accurate inventory, and safe operation in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.

The role requires forklift/Raymond licenses, strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure with machine operators. Training and strict safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders (employees, customers, drivers).
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and support machine operators.
• Must have Forklift and Raymond licenses (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines in the assigned department are stocked with all parts needed to run.
• Ensure parts are put away after a run to prevent mixing.
• Scan washers to machines and move to production.
• Maintain accurate WIP and stock records; follow FIFO.
• Coordinate with Technical Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse and MRP.
