Job summary

Pebble Mobility is seeking a Material Handler to ensure the smooth flow of materials through our production line. You will manage receipt, storage, and distribution, maintain inventory accuracy with regular audits, and partner with manufacturing and logistics to forecast needs, reduce downtime, and support on-time production.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-growing EV manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of material handler experience in manufacturing.
• Cycle counts and physical inventory experience.
• Receiving, pick, pack, and putaway experience.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely distribution of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Collaborate with production to forecast material needs and adjust inventory levels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely.
• Load/unload deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies during material handling.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Train and mentor new material handlers; support cross-functional projects.
