Job summary

Qualifications

• GED with relevant experience and 1–2 years in material handling, warehousing or inventory control
• Basic computer literacy to operate inventory software
• Knowledge of Jeeves/D365 is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull materials, parts, and sub-assemblies from inventory based on production schedules, pick tickets, and kanban signals
• Assemble component kits for specific production runs
• Transport materials to designated workstations on the assembly line using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to leadership immediately
• Use ERP/WMS to log material movements and ensure real-time inventory visibility
• Remove empty containers, packaging, and scrap materials from the production floor
• Return unused materials to stock following proper procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
