Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand work orders and inventory documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and material movements.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to all company policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying discrepancies or damage.
• Store materials in designated locations using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Pick and stage materials according to schedules and work orders for timely delivery to manufacturing areas.
• Load finished products onto trucks, following safety protocols and proper loading techniques.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and periodic inventories.
• Operate and inspect material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards; follow safety rules.
• Communicate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks of outgoing materials.
