Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently with team assistance.
• Stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days per week.
• Operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
• Basic arithmetic and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems with minimal training.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to move throughout the facility unassisted.
• Work collaboratively in a diverse environment with all levels of employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Print, review, and maintain daily pick lists and inventory records.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and finished goods.
• Pick, issue, and stage materials to support production orders and customer shipments.
• Transport materials to designated production areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Follow processes to ensure accuracy and traceability of material flow.
• Communicate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse personnel.
• Operate material handling equipment per safety training and requirements.
• Maintain attendance and communicate planned/unplanned absences.
