Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Industrial/Operations management.
• Associate degree and 2 years related experience; High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory optimization is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, restocking, and inventory verification to ensure timely delivery to production lines.
• Utilize business systems to monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and generate signals for replenishment actions.
• Track inventory turns and drive improvements through reduction initiatives and optimized stocking strategies.
• Lead Kanban, min-max, VMI, and other replenishment programs to ensure material availability.
• Develop and implement SOPs for efficient movement of materials and finished goods.
