Job summary

Pentair seeks a Materials Coordinator to join the Delavan, WI team. You will manage materials flow, track MDI metrics, and coach the team on standard work and process improvements. This role requires SAP proficiency, 5+ years in manufacturing, and leadership experience.

You will support production, perform audits, and train staff on mobile equipment while aligning with safety and quality goals. This is a second-shift on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or coursework towards Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• ERP System experience (SAP, MFG, PRO, M2K).
• Prior leadership and training experience desired.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Certified to operate and train on mobile equipment (Sit Down Forklift, Standup Reach Truck, Tugger).
• Experience creating and using basic Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Update and track materials and value stream MDI metrics daily for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Cash and Culture.
• Coach team members on standard work, MDI Metrics and material workflow.
• Become proficient in SAP functions required of materials lead position.
• Support production and material flow to ensure smooth, uninterrupted processes.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture within the team.
• Perform audits on material flow, supermarket accuracy, and pick accuracy.
• Provide training for employees on mobile equipment.
• Set daily work schedules to meet production needs.
