Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Materials Coordinator (Warehouse Lead) for the 2nd shift in Roseville, MN. You will manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining a clean, secure warehouse and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive Lean initiatives, 5S, and quality. The role requires SAP/ERP experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance safety with productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Able to lead problem-solving efforts and communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the team to perform tasks safely and productively.
• Set up department before shift and after breaks, monitor startup.
• Provide training and resources to improve efficiency.
• Ensure 100% completion of assignments and quality of orders.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean initiatives and 5S practices.
• Fill in when line is down and manage workload during shifts.
• Monitor quality, delivery, cost metrics and Ergonomics.
