Job summary

The American Housing Corporation is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations on the Austin production floor. You will translate production plans into disciplined materials execution, maintain inventory integrity, and coach frontline teams to support scalable production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in materials management, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading a team of 15+ employees in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, kitting, or material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Management operations.
• Own end-to-end material flow from receipt to outbound shipment.
• Translate production schedules into material priorities and ensure kit completion.
• Establish inventory controls, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Transportation to prevent disruptions.
• Develop and maintain operating metrics for inventory accuracy and performance.
