Job summary

Flex seeks a Materials Lead in Austin, TX to supervise warehouse activities, inspect goods, and manage stock control. The role requires hands-on leadership, accuracy in records, and collaboration with shipping and procurement teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating subordinates, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing stockroom layout while ensuring compliant shipment processing and cost control. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and WMS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bones of warehouse operations and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office and warehouse systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong clerical and interpersonal skills; ability to present to managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of subordinates and lead daily warehouse tasks.
• Review procedures and resolve questions from workers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fill required paperwork.
• Design stockroom layout and manage storage optimization.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and verify bills of ladings and invoices.
