Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Ladysmith, WI is seeking a warehouse associate to manage receiving, cycle counts, stocking, kitting, and outbound shipping in a hands-on role.

You will verify deliveries, reconcile inventory, prepare shipments, and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to keep production flowing efficiently. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in manufacturing or warehousing, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must have cycle counting and inventory accuracy results.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.
• Ability to lift/move heavy materials safely; operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting and inventory record maintenance to achieve high accuracy.
• Inbound verification against POs/invoices; document discrepancies and reject nonconforming items.
• Outbound packaging and documentation; maintain shipping records and post weights/charges.
• Stocking, storage, and distribution of parts to inventory locations and production lines.
• Kitting for assembly and safe operation of material handling equipment.
