In our air‑conditioned Ladysmith facility, you’ll join that mission as the expert who keeps materials moving with precision across receiving, storage, kitting, and shipping.A day in this roleYou start your shift in our warehouse/manufacturing environment by checking overnight receipts. You verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, flag any discrepancies, and reject items that don’t meet standards. Mid‑morning, you run cycle counts and reconcile inventory records to keep our data accurate. After lunch, you assemble kitting packages so the production lines have exactly what they need, when they need it. You navigate the floor—often by forklift—to stage parts, restock inventory locations, and deliver materials to manufacturing cells. Before close, you prepare outbound shipments, package and label products, post shipping weights and charges, and ensure documentation is complete so carriers can roll on time. What you’ll handleCycle counting and inventory record maintenance to achieve high accuracyInbound verification against POs/invoices; document discrepancies and reject nonconforming itemsOutbound packaging and documentation; maintain shipping records and post weights/chargesStocking, storage, and distribution of parts, supplies, and equipment to inventory locations and production linesKitting for assembly and safe operation of material handling equipment, including forkliftsMust‑have qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Preferred backgroundExperience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handlingHands‑on shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations1+ year in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environmentProven cycle counting and inventory accuracy resultsFamiliarity with WMS/ERP or inventory tracking toolsAbility to lift and move heavy materials safelyAbility to operate—and/or obtain certification to operate—material handling equipment, including forkliftsForklift certification and experience with powered industrial trucksBenefits and supportMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k)Paid Time OffParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule in partnership with your managerLearn more at www.raquickfind.comWe foster an inclusive environment where makers and problem solvers can do their best work—if this role excites you but your background isn’t a 100% match, we invite you to apply. This role is part of a job family; level and compensation will be determined by your experience.#LI-OnsiteLegal and accessibilityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability and veterans. If you are an individual with a disability and you need assistance or a reasonable accommodation during the application process, please contact our services team at +1 (844) 404-7247.
