Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking a Material Handler to manage movement, storage and inventory control in our Frederick, MD facility. You will receive shipments, verify contents, load/unload, and ensure accurate records while following safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, labeling parts, maintaining ERP entries, and supporting warehouse operations to keep production flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of material handler or receiving clerk experience or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory control or inventory management.
• Basic math and accurate record-keeping.
• Able to read and comprehend English documentation and operate ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify packages against orders/invoices; sign paperwork.
• Unload, inspect, and allocate shipments; coordinate with suppliers for replacements.
• Label, locate, and record inventory; maintain accurate stock records.
• Operate material-handling equipment; assist in stock control and production flow.
• Support ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 aligned safety and quality standards.
