Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Gatekeeper to support Production and Shipping operations. You will ensure finished pallets are wrapped, labeled, and inventoried, and that raw materials are available to keep production moving smoothly.

This role requires careful attention to detail, strong communication with Operations and Shipping, and adherence to GMPs, food safety, and quality standards in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Ability to read and understand production labels, inventory records, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify finished pallets are wrapped, labeled, and prepared before cooler storage.
• Create, maintain, and track pallet inventory in the inventory management system.
• Print pallet labels and verify product information accuracy.
• Print case labels and ensure product information accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Production Leads and Shipping to deliver raw materials to the floor in time.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and report shortages or concerns.
