Job Title: Materials Expeditor

Global Spares NPI Planning is seeking a Planner / Expeditor to support the team in ensuring the timely delivery of NPI spares to meet customer needs.

Work Details

• Work 1-2 days per week from the Tualatin office.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/high-tech/semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes and tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of cross-functional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, and handle materials to meet production schedules; expedite parts to resolve shortages.
• Pick up and deliver materials within and outside the company; maintain records of material flow.
• Ensure proper routing of incoming materials.
• Monitor material and parts flow between departments to meet commitments.
• Support RPM Buyers by managing and monitoring material deliveries and resolving shortages.
