OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!

Location: Newberg, Oregon
Compensation: $18-20/hr. DOE
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4:30am-3pm with occasional overtime on Fridays
Training will be 6-8 weeks on 2nd shift (1pm-11pm) Mon-Thurs

Who We Are:

A local manufacturing company producing dental components and materials for the medical field is seeking an extruder operator.

What You'll Do:

You will train in extrusion operations and potentially cross-train for shipping backup. As an extruder operator, you'll work with machines that extrude rubber to precise dimensions, requiring constant attention and monitoring to ensure quality. Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning dies, operating and controlling machines, handling materials, and performing installations and inspections. The environment is casual but the role is challenging, especially during training. Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.
