Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Materials Expeditor to ensure production teams have the materials they need and to coordinate returns of packaging after production runs. You will pull materials using FIFO, maintain organized storage, and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconforming items.

Responsibilities include executing NetSuite transactions, operating a forklift safely, and complying with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with NetSuite or similar system.
• Strong data entry and general computer use skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proven attendance and reliability.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of operations.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Ability to use RF scanning system efficiently and accurately.

Job description

We are currently seeking Materials Expeditors to join our organization. The purpose of this position is to physically and systematically provide our production teams with the materials they need to organize and coordinate returns of any left over packaging materials after production runs are concluded.

Job Duties:

• Use FIFO when pulling materials by "lot" number for traceability
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the materials storage area.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management teams regularly regarding non-conforming product and other urgent matters.
• Execute inventory transactions in NetSuite system as needed.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
