Job summary

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Expeditor to support our manufacturing operations. This role ensures materials, components, and supplies are delivered on time to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing or warehousing, with forklift familiarity and ERP system usage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
  • Experience using an ERP system for inventory or material transactions preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Deliver materials to production departments based on schedules and work orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
  • Expedite materials to meet production deadlines.
  • Stage materials for upcoming production jobs.
  • Verify materials against work orders and packing slips.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Collaborate with Production, Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler / Expeditor to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring materials, components, and supplies are delivered to the appropriate work areas on time to keep production running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Deliver materials to production departments based on production schedules and work orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of material shortages.
  • Expedite materials to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Stage materials for upcoming production jobs.
  • Verify materials against work orders and packing slips.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training/certification provided if applicable).
  • Work closely with Production, Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
  • Ability to read work orders and production schedules.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for inventory, production, shipping, or material transactions preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
