Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Materials Expeditor to ensure production teams have the materials they need and to coordinate returns of packaging after production runs. You will pull materials using FIFO, maintain organized storage, and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconforming items.

Responsibilities include executing NetSuite transactions, operating a forklift safely, and complying with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with NetSuite or similar system.
• Strong data entry and general computer use skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proven attendance and reliability.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of operations.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Ability to use RF scanning system efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials using FIFO for traceability.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams regarding non-conforming products.
• Execute inventory transactions in NetSuite as needed.
• Operate forklift in a safe manner.
• Follow safety and GMP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
