• Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Skilled at executing multiple projects with time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Management of space & material: opening, closing space, safe storage, accessibility, and tidy space.
• Executing material exchange transactions: assist students with dropoff/pickup and ledger points.
• Management of volunteer program: scheduling and training student volunteers.
• Collaboration: work with students, faculty, staff to create an engaging materials space.
• Communications: manage announcements on Material Exchange website and social media.
• Team Meetings: be available to meet with Material Exchange director and volunteers.
