Qualifications

• Current student in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Bioengineering, or Polymer Science; BS in Engineering or Science with 0–3 years experience.
• Availability to work on site if required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Statistical design and analysis of experiments using Minitab or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Review progress, evaluate data, and present results across multiple projects.
• Coordinate raw material and contact lens testing and protocol requirements to achieve project completion.
• Facilitate and conduct engineering assignments involving cost improvement projects.
• Advocate for continuous improvement of technology and processes.
• Adhere to environmental policy and support department environmental objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers domestically and internationally.
