Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience across Materials & Process, Design & Applications, and laboratory testing supporting engineering and production.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and perform hands-on evaluations of nonmetallic materials.
• Support receiving inspection, process development, failure analyses, and engineering investigations.
• Lead technicians and engineers to resolve process challenges.
• Collaborate with suppliers to diagnose issues and provide robust guidance.
