Job summary

FailSafe Communications is seeking a B Crew Materials Dispatcher in Columbia, PA, onsite. The role focuses on maintaining organized inventory, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring smooth material flow across manufacturing operations.

You will handle MO issuance, cycle counts, and data entry, while operating forklifts and scanning systems to support production. Weekend OT may be required; shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to be certified.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong problem solving and ability to understand product flow.

Responsibilities

• Review dispatch reports and issue travelers for manufacturing orders (MO's).
• Issue MO's to material handlers to pull and issue materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in all locations.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Provide information to correct discrepancies in the system.
• Assist with scheduling and moving material to equipment as needed.
• Assist with transactions and staging of material.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Expeditor to ensure smooth product flow.
• Operate forklifts and use barcode labels/scanners.
• Move goods through the facility using the M3 system.
