Job summary

Olin is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Niagara Falls, NY to ensure accurate inventory levels in warehouse areas and improve shipping performance, quality, and reliability. You will own the waiting on materials backlog for planned maintenance work in SAP and coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

The role requires working knowledge of SAP/S4WM, data analysis of inventory trends, and collaboration across teams to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

Requires knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Experience with SAP and data analysis for inventory trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and revise metrics that monitor inventory and quality control points.
Identify improvement opportunities from customer feedback and business programs.
Coordinate with carriers and schedulers on content issues and COA matters.
Serve as SME for SAP S4 WM; manage damaged/return materials and procurement liaison for packaged supplies.
Set up new materials in SAP/S4 with master data team.
