Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to receive, verify, and stock automotive parts using a warehouse ERP system. The role includes packing, labeling, order picking, and ensuring accurate shipping documents.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, focusing on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Automotive experience and basic Excel help, with physical labor involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry in some fashion.
• Experience with roles such as parts advisor, parts specialist, inventory technician, materials handlers, parts coordinator, etc.
• Experience with a DMS – CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed, etc.
• Experience and comfort working around technicians.
• Experience with pallet jacks; forklifts not required.
• Experience with basic supply chain skills.
• Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables.
• Willing to help during down times by organizing the shop and handling deliveries.
• Must be comfortable working as a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise ensuring accuracy.

• Stock checks, part number verification, cycle count, and inventory support.
• Pack, re-pack, and wrap product for shipping; label during put away.
• Pick parts for orders and shipments; ensure proper delivery documents.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
• Fill requisitions and distribute items to production workers.
• Provide required reports and logs to KPI guidelines.
• Operate ERP inventory system and Excel for data entry and reporting.

Location Mesa, United States Sector Engineering Salary $15.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefits $15-20/hr

Materials Coordinator - Mesa - Weekday/AM

Shift Days/Hours

Monday-Friday - 8-hour shifts. 7AM-3PM.

Scope

• Handle the following – Receive, unpack, check & verify merchandise/product ensuring accuracy.
• As needed take receiving exceptions.
• Utilize handheld RF tools to receive merchandise/products into WMS.
• Conduct the following – Stock checks, part # verification, Cycle Count, support physical inventory.
• Consolidate loads as required – Pack, Re-Pack, wrap product for shipping.
• Label parts during put away, picking or shipping process.
• Pick parts for order fulfillment, shipments, scrap requests, etc.
• Ensure orders/shipping materials are accompanied with proper delivery docs: Revised BOL, Manual tag, Packing slip, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures & safety guidelines.
• Perform organization tasks to maintain a clean/safe work environment.
• Cross train to learn other warehouse functions.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items & distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
• Always maintain accuracy, provide required reports, measurements, and logs to KPI guidelines.
• Expertise utilizing a warehouse ERP inventory system, Excel, shipping, receiving, safety management, materials handling, data entry, reporting, etc.

Required

• Experience in the automotive industry in some fashion. Examples are Associates in automotive parts specialist, wholesale parts at dealerships, parts to service, body shop work, military, large automobile manufacturers, etc.
• Experienced in positions such as – parts advisor, parts specialist, inventory technician, materials handlers, parts coordinator, etc.
• Experience with a DMS (Dealer Management System) – CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed, etc. (SAP experience would be great but not required).
• Experience and comfortability working around technicians.
• Experience and ability working with pallet jacks - Forklifts are not required.
• Experience with basic supply chain skills.
• Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables.
• Willing to put in extra work during down times by organizing the shop, stacking tires, disposing of tires, picking up deliveries, etc.
• Must be comfortable working as a team.

Estimated Min Rate: $15.00
