Renegade RV, part of Terex Corporation, seeks a Materials Coordinator - Receiving Clerk to verify incoming and outgoing shipments in the database and manage packing slips, damages, and backorders for accurate reconciliation.

The role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing/purchasing/inventory, plus strong Excel and Office skills. You will support the Purchasing and Accounting teams and may train others on duties and responsibilities.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, or related functions.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; ability to read and write notes and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter Receivables into Great Plains.
• Track back orders and assist Purchasing.
• Assist with yearly inventory duties.
• File purchase orders and support accounting discrepancies.
• Retrieve packing slips and ensure proper signing.
• Support return of damaged material by suppliers.
• Train teammates on duties and responsibilities.
