Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Material Coordinator to read and follow route sheets, prepare materials for manufacturing, and manage ERP-driven work orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in teams. A strong basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems is preferred, with familiarity of lean and 5S principles advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow route sheets and sign off
• Experience with data entry in Excel and ERP systems
• Familiarity with IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids

Responsibilities

• Read, follow and sign route sheets; prepare material for manufacturing.
• Move work orders in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with others and managers to coordinate work efforts.
• Identify defects and participate in continuous improvement.
