Job summary

Bio-Techne Corp. in San Marcos, CA seeks an organized Materials Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials in the manufacturing process. You will verify incoming items, prepare IMS, coordinate with QA and Purchasing, and ensure accurate shipping and inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving and shipping documentation, and maintaining warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• 2-4 years experience in material handling or related duties preferred.
• Basic math and inventory knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive incoming materials, verify catalog and lot numbers against POs.
• Unpack, count, and record shortages or damaged items in the database.
• Route materials to departments or quarantine as needed.
• Prepare IMS for received goods and coordinate with QA and Purchasing.
• Accurately ship outgoing materials and prepare packing slips.
• Maintain organization in Receiving Inspection bin and storage areas.
