You will contribute to efficient material movements, maintain stock accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in inventory or production scheduling, are familiar with ERP systems, and understand Good Documentation Practices.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in inventory management, material staging, or production scheduling.
• Life sciences/biotech experience preferred.
• ERP transaction experience and basic manufacturing software knowledge.
• Experience with Good Documentation Practices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate timely material staging for production work orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely transactions of material movements.
• Optimize use of team resources and tools.
• Resolve material shortages with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to Materials Management Specialists.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to quality standards.
• Safeguard materials against loss and follow corrective action protocols.
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in material movement and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain proactive communication with team members and internal customers.
• Participate in inter-team problem-solving activities.
